That mission is nearly impossible in that version. I played PS2 v1 last year and, depending on where the vans drive, it can be literally impossible. Your plane constantly loses fuel unless it is completely still on the ground. I got very lucky with the vans and I still only made it back with a sliver of fuel left.
Posted September 26, 2007. if you go to escobar airport you can fly in a plane as a passenger. firstly grab an ambulance. then drive it to the airport and park it on the runway. make sure dnt park to close to the centre line. then jump on top of the ambulance. wait until a plane goes past then jump onto the wing of the plane without falling off
