Ye. Some of the Bosses really require Turning the dificoulty down or Spending a hour of trying to actually get them. Especially some of the Bosses that have Long Unblockable chains of attacks that almost one shot you on Jedi Master.
It only took me like 2-3 times to beat Trilla in the last fight, took me atleast 20-30+ times to beat Malicos. IMO he's way stronger
Keep at it. Took me around a solid 40 min to beat her at Jedi Grandmaster because i kept falling for this one move too (i did make sure i had every skill and stuff before actually going to that planet). Just leep at it, keep going and eventually you will beat her. I wish you luck.

I would say Jedi fallen order is in and around that same length. I beat the game on Jedi Master with 100% completion at around 30 hours.
